As in St. Louis, local government points the homeless towards programs which may help but, come night fall, most folks are on their own.  If they are already homeless, few resources are expended on them.  Attention is focused on preserving housing opportunities for those with homes.

Professor Allan MacNeill of Webster University presented the truth about the GDP, the Job Numbers and the U.S. Stock Market. While these statistics are often use by politicians and pundits to exhibit the health of the economy, they don’t really present an accurate picture of the underlying state of our country.

Stop Settling!

As long as Missourians elect Republicans who place cutting taxes before educating kids and other critical needs, things will get worse. The time has come to stop settling for mediocre politicians unwilling to lead the state forward. Current elected officials must be told again and again that we want them to remember that state motto before every vote.
