Speaker: St. Louis County Executive Sam Page
Dr. Sam Page’s political career began in the Missouri House of Representatives where he served from 2003-2008. In 2014 Dr. Page was elected to represent District 2 on the St. Louis County Council. He was re-elected in 2016 and, in 2017, he was voted Chairman. In 2019 he was elected County Executive and took a leave from his medical practice to assume a full-time role.
His medical background includes an M.D. from UMKC, a residency at Northwestern and a fellowship in Pain Management at Washington University. For 20 years he practiced full-time as an anesthesiologist at Mercy and served as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He has served in leadership positions for several medical organizations and societies.
He and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Page, live in Creve Coeur where they have raised their sons Logan, Luke and Jake. He was Cubmaster for Pack 499 and currently is a Merit Badge Counselor for Citizenship in the Greater St. Louis Areas Boy Scouts.
– Circle of Concern, a local food pantry supported by West County Democrats, is collecting canned goods including peanut butter, fish and meat as well as paper products. Any such items brought to our monthly meetings will be delivered to the pantry. Cash and checks are welcome.
