We are very fortunate to have Trish Gunby, State Representative in Missouri’s 99th House District, as our guest speaker at the October meeting of West County Democrats on Monday, October 11. 

Trish has been a resident of Missouri’s 2nd Congressional District for more than 25 years, and a state representative for Missouri’s 99th House District since flipping the district in a major special election upset in 2019. Before rising to elected office, Trish served her community in various advocacy roles, either leading or joining groups perusing LGBTQIA+ equality, racial justice, expansion of voting rights and more. She currently lives with her husband Mark, a physician, with whom she raised their two now-adult children, Kyle and Bryn. 

TRISH WILL BE SPEAKING ABOUT HER EXPERIENCES BEING A MEMBER OF THE MISSOURI LEGISLATURE.
