WCD has formed a Recruiting Task Force to plan and implement a permanent membership drive. The Task Force will develop a strategy to inform, educate and attract new members to WCD. WCD needs broad and creative ideas to target students, millennial, boomers and every other demographic.
Task Force Members will be expected to attend meetings to create a recruitment mission, form goals,and document plans to be presented to the Board for review and approval. Task Force members will then be charged with implementing the various recruitment activities it designs. This is not a one-off committee, but a permanent task force as recruitment must be a permanent effort.
Anyone with experience teaching or training, speaking to groups small and large, action plans, selling and marketing, accounting, web, internet and computer skills or with just plain old interest and enthusiasm in helping WCD expand its demographic and number is encouraged to email: Mark Kumming at kummingm@yahoo.com
