9:45 a.m. PRESENTATION: WELCOMING AND HELPING NEW REFUGEES –ADIL IMDAD
Adil Imdad, head of the Social Service Department of the Islamic Foundation of Greater St. Louis will speak about opportunities for us to advocate for and support new refugees in our community. The “charity arm” of the Islamic Foundation is House of Goods Baitulmal.

We will be collecting non-perishable food items, personal care items, and cleaning supplies for Circle of Concern at our final 2023 meeting, On their website they list these things they particularly need at this time:
· Adult & child body wash
· Razors, shaving cream/gel
· Body lotion
· Vitamins
· Liquid dish soap
· OTC cold & flu medication
· Bleach
· All-purpose cleaner
· Fabric softener
