10:20 a.m. PRESENTATION—John Bowman, St. Louis County NAACP President
In addition to leading the STL County NAACP, Mr. Bowman has served our community and state in several different capacities over the years, including Alderman for the City of Northwoods and State Representative for MO House District 70, where he served as the Chair for the MO Legislative Black Caucus.
