10:20 a.m. PRESENTATION – Aimee Robertson – DEI and Child Advocate

Aimee Robertson is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Missouri First Steps, providing individualized behavior services for children and their families from birth to three years old. Aimee has a Master’s Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University. She is active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Find the Light Foundation, the St. Charles County Families for Public Schools Steering Committee, and was recently appointed to St. Charles County Community Assistance Board by County Executive Steve Ehlmann.

Aimee is a passionate advocate for DEI, working tirelessly to drop the lawsuit against Section 504, and is also successfully working across the aisle with St. Charles County GOP to protect and provide for her clients, as well as children across the state. She recently worked with Mo State Rep (107) Mark Matthiesen who has proposed HB637 that would help ensure that families, regardless of income, have access to daycare licensing reports so that they can make truly informed decisions on where to send their children.

After Ms. Robertson’s presentation Glenn Koenen will provide information about current legislative events.
